Welcome to the website of 24-7 Executive Transportation (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or requesting our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

i. Use of the Website

This website is provided to present our executive transportation services and to allow visitors to request bookings. You agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information when contacting us or submitting a booking request.

ii. Bookings

• Submitting the online form creates a ride request, not an automatic confirmation. Every request is subject to vehicle and schedule availability.
• A reservation becomes confirmed only when we contact you by text, phone, WhatsApp or email and expressly confirm the date, time, route and fare. Keep your request reference for follow-up.
• Please provide complete pickup and drop-off details, date, time, number of passengers and any flight information so we can serve you properly.

iii. Payments

• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). The rate displayed with a request is an estimate based on the route or duration entered and is confirmed before the ride.
• Unless otherwise agreed, payment is collected after confirmation or at pickup. Available methods may include card, cash or Zelle. Zelle payments must be sent only to the recipient details we provide directly.
• If online card payment is offered, it will be handled by the payment processor shown at checkout. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

iv. Punctuality & Pickup

• We take punctuality seriously and plan every ride to arrive on time, monitoring traffic and flight schedules where applicable.
• For airport pickups, please share your flight number so we can track delays and adjust the pickup time.
• We ask clients to be ready at the agreed pickup time. Extended waiting may affect the service or its final cost, which will always be communicated to you.

v. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

• If you need to modify or cancel a confirmed ride, please contact us as soon as possible at +1 (415) 594-3983. Changes are accommodated free of charge whenever availability allows.
• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 3 and 24 hours before pickup receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations less than 3 hours before pickup, and no-shows, are non-refundable.
• When a refund is due, it is returned through the original payment method where possible. Bank or card processing times can vary.

vi. Client Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in their booking.
• Clients agree to treat the vehicle and driver with respect and to comply with applicable laws during the ride (including seat-belt use and child-seat requirements).
• Pet-friendly rides are welcome. Please disclose the animal when requesting the ride and keep it safely controlled or in an appropriate carrier. Service animals are accommodated as required by law.
• Damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger may result in a cleaning or repair charge.

vii. Service & Liability

We provide private transportation with professionalism, comfort and care. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, road closures or airline changes; in those cases we will always work with you to find the best alternative.
